I've done a lot of rare muscle car buying, collecting and selling back in the day.

2 biggest issues (not addressed so far despite 3 pp of comments, lol)

1. Matching numbers "born with" 426 engine? (I'm guessing no, since OP didn't explicitly say it was.)

2. Cost. What constitutes a good price to you? Since you started the thread and asked our opinion I suggest you throw the asking number out there. From there we will give you our opinions. :)

Yes. I was told it was a matching numbers car.
I honestly have no idea what it sold for. I presume it has sold.
My offer would have been $120,000. Again whether or not that would have bought the car I do not know.
