I'm sure it's not easy going from ground zero to full production and very expensive.
You're still my hero @BULL. I wish the best for you for all your hard work. One day you'll get all your money back and then some. Looking forward to that day.

We're going to a trade show on Thursday, we're supposed to be looking at yet another new machine on the market that will help make production more viable.

Note, these would be the newer and slightly larger pads paired to the 400mm diameter rotors that those of us with 2020 and older models can use.
Fixed that for ya

@Slowpoke387 ^^^from what I understand 2015 through 2019 has 390mm diameter rotors, @Prange has a 2021 Scat Pack with the newer 400mm diameter rotors. So I was just saying most of us with pre 2020 models would be bummed out thinking we could use them but can't. Right?

Well I drank the Kool-Aid and ordered the front and rears off Amazon, $150 shipped was pretty good I thought...

...and since it was asked (and answered) I figured I'd post the exact bedding instructions right off the package:

My .02, and only my .02

Flip this on its head a bit and then tweak...

40-10mph, 10x @ .3-.4gs (use your Uconnect)
Cool down...
then
60-20mph, 10x @ .6-.8gs, nearly as quick as you can knock them out, BEING ACUTELY AWARE OF IMPENDING FADE!!!, STOP BEDDING PROCESS BEFORE FADE SETS IN!

Complete cool down by driving, no complete stops during cool down unless required for law/safety...

Rinse/Repeat if you're unhappy with stopping performance...

I have them on the front, work just fine. Less dust. Some people say they don’t stop as good, but it’s enough to stop by boat at 142mph in the 1/4 at the track

Make sure you break them in and if you piss off anyone behind you during the break in process, just hang the brake box out the window and yell” I’m breaking in my f****g brake pads!!!” Like I did

That is a DMLS printer, what you make in it is up to you, for us, we are printing our rotors in a similar machine, but are strongly considering this one, because reasons....

I had no idea what you did! You guys making rotors? That’s awesome! So not sure what the dmls stands for without google but guessing metal additive printer or something of the sort. You guys print whatever in volume by contract?

DMLS is a somewhat generic term in the AM industry, "Direct Metal Laser Sintering"
