I feel for you guys, and can relate. Not that that means much. I did drink a toast (bourbon and coke) to all us broken and basically "bionic" folks. i'm still waiting for the "we can rebuild him, we have the technology, .... better ..... stronger...... faster......"

Came home early to wash the Hellcat before my meeting (suppose to rain Saturday and Sunday here), so I figured I would clean it up for next week (as it will stay in garage this weekend). Hour into my meeting I see it raining outside...damn [?|]. Win some you loose some I suppose.
Have it cloud over half way through the wash, then a thunderstorm dump 1 or 2 inches.
Talk about getting mad.....

But why?? You're getting a free car wash, with water that doesn't leave any spots. Isn't that perfect?

You never had your car rained on?
Rain water is filthy. Almost as bad as driving on a dirt road (almost).

I'm actually trying to get mine rained on. The ones in the garage gets a bit dusty, and stay that way, while those that get rain and snow on them look like they came from the detailer.

The difference must be that our rain and snow is clean. Whatever snow piles that remain in the spring, in shaded areas, are still quite clean.
It could be as simple as that no alligator urine has evaporated into the skies here.

Thinking about adding these to further distinguish the Redeye engine. My OCD forces me to get opinions even on this......
Can you make me some LOW OUPUT ones?

I got the black and the hose mesh from JAG and a couple missing emblems, done. That mesh was hard to find and all it does is personnel protection from the radiator hose. All ecstatic's. Thanks for the direction. Got to see the critter today,,, almost as good lukin as me. Black conduit on the ss lines will look good. All black and red.

I think "Mediocre Output" might be better yet.

If your blower was 3/8" higher (from blower spacers) do you get the sense that the brace would still fit?

Not looking like it Bull. Just a few mm worth of room between the sc lid and the bar. Not much room from the bar to that plastic cowl either, in fact the bar probably just touches. The bar is pretty burley, and the welds are beautiful. The ds black plastic strut cap will not fit either.

Well that idea is a no go for me. My 2015 already has the spacer and the one for the Redeye is in the trunk.

My OCD was getting the best of me and I had to do something about the rubber lines and exposed wiring harnesses with the KB setup. Just a simple high-temp braided wrap did wonders!

View attachment 7311 View attachment 7313 View attachment 7314
Yo Matt,
Got the black yubing installed over the wiring harnesses, all 3 sizes, and if you look at your pics, on the left side are the hot gas lines for the a/c and got all the ss silver lines covered up with black and red. Thanks for the idea. I did find the mesh screen for the radiator hose. !0 foot length, $11.75 and $8 for shipping from JLG. Should take all the unwanted colors away. Make it faster, nope but will look good. As soon as el Rico la and his camera catches up with me,, we will het these pics on the net. Then there it all goes away. But fun.
