When is the killer gonna be at the track? I know the million dollar question right?
I know it seems like the never ending story. To be honest, while there have been some delays that have been frustrating, once it went past March, the get-it-done-by date moved to next October. It’s too hot at the tracks out here (Vegas, Bakersfield, Phoenix) to run until fall. So.. the answer is October. The amount of work necessary to get it finished has been unbelievable. There are a lot of things that could have been short cut to get it running but at this point we’re not going to do anything half ass. It’s going to be full ass 🙃

I fully understand this grind, currently there myself albeit at a slower pace.

Hot side…. ✅. Plumbed the wastegates into the exhaust pipe. That keeps the exhaust exit to one pipe out the fender and it gives the wastegate a really solid support on both ends instead of just hanging it on the down pipe. There’s a tremendous amount of stress on the wastegate attachment point with all the banging going on and they are subject to cracking the pipe if not supported. This will work 👊 IMG_8592.jpeg IMG_7807.jpeg
