Nice! The injector data will be interesting to see. From what I've seen from others the FIC1200s act almost the same as my ID1000s. While mine seem to be doing OK, I'm keeping my eye out for a good deal on some ID1300s just in case I see it dip.

I was looking for ID1300's but I got a screaming deal on a set of lightly used Fic 1200's . I will definitely post my thoughts on these injectors .

With the JMS yours will work I think but you're making some big time steam so sneak up on it for sure LOL.

You gonna wire the JMS to one of the two pumps I'm guessing?

To be honest I was taken by surprise the weekend I tested E85 for the first time . I had to crank the fuel pressure up to 100psi and lower the content down to E60 to keep the injectors at 90% duty cycle or less . Who know maybe I will end up with 1700 ID's lol . My goal is to run E90 in the future but until then I will be " sneaking " up on it by mixing my own E concentration until I figure it out .

That's interesting, and it must be the fact that your supercharger is making a lot more aircharge. I was actually surprised my ID1000 injectors held in there on full E85 even in cooler air where my aircharge approaches 1900. I think you have a Demon cam in your engine, and comparing logs from my original Hellcat motor (have the Demon/RE engine now) the airchage with the same supercharger and pulley is a lot higher, so the cam matters I think.

For this I think it all comes down to airflow, and if you've increased other areas that are allowing more flow, then obviously the injectors are gonna have to work harder. Mine is the stock throttle body, stock supercharger (no porting), still has cats, etc for reference and may be why I'm able to run these ID1000s but also why I'm running 9.80s and you're in the 9.30s.

Yes I definitely have a few extras that can't be seen . I have the stock demon camshaft , ported supercharger , 105 mm throttle body, AFE intake system and a demon style hood .
In reality it is a demon / redeye engine with a 10% OD lower ..... That's it . It produces 17 psi on warm days and 18 psi on cool day . My last outing at the track It was getting up to almost 2000 mg's of air charge ( 1990 mg at peak ) . It was stuffing a lot of air in there and with the fuel volume required for E91 it was just too much for the injectors .

Exactly, so many people get hung up on "how much boost" but I've learned it's all about air flow. Your car and mine make the same boost, but yours runs .5 faster and about 8mph.

2,000mg of aircharge is A LOT of air.

You can't burn fuel with out airflow . I worked a lot with my inlet airflow . I still have a bit to do on the outlet airflow . Boost is a measure of restriction... I'm trying to keep my restriction to a minimum.

Got my FIC 1200's today . I got them installed and tuned so the car starts and idles really well . Unfortunately I have to wait till spring to really get them dialed in .

How much different were the settings vs your ID1050x injectors?
