These are MOPAR Part Number: 68419118AC.
BRAKE AIR DEFLECTOR KIT.

20190901_205012.jpg

Originally outfitted on RedEye vehicles, they fit non-RE as well. They are part of a package that includes a new bumper valance, with a wide duct, to push more air toward the brakes.

These are installed on the front lower tension struts and direct air to the rear of the rotor.

It took more effort to put the car up on the ramps, than it did to install... about 5 minutes.

Mine is a 15 HC Charger, but what the heck... we can use all the braking help we can get.

Cost is right around $50, on eBay.

Yes, I installed those with the lower valance ducts too on my Challenger. They appear to be very functional.

From what I understand it's the redesigned lower valance that's the spendy part.

Yep.

Over $200, if I remember correctly.

Yep, I think it was just a little more shipped from Steve White, but it's also the most beneficial part.
Down side is I caught that duct on my trailer flip down door hinge last weekend. It survived the contact well, but that extra inch of hanging down is pretty critical to me in some situations.

Actually it’s the belly pan. I did both on 2015. Ones not really functional without the other.

I'm not sure I understand that. It hangs about 1" lower than the front splitter. If it wasn't any lower it wouldn't get any air.

You are right but it is way back from the front splitter. If you hit it you have a serious eye problem.
