The da for Tucson was good. 2800 feet. Static elevation is 3100. I took out 8 degrees of timing until 4000 rpms. I aired down the drag radials to 13.5 psi. I took off slow and then hammered it. I was one and done as they stopped me when I got off the track. But I was happy as with the above variables at the Tucson track I am the only hellcat/demon to run under 10. I weighed in at 4687. This was with no weight reduction.

Great run! Is it a Demon or a Hellcat? 13 psi is awful low tire pressure but you must have had pretty good bite judging from the timeslip. DR’s can be a little unstable at high speed with too low of air pressure. MPH is really good. Too bad they stopped you. Car is probably good for even better times at that speed?

Yes. I checked with MT. They told me 14 to 18 and under no circumstances under 13 cold. Hellcat. But stroked to 426.
