I searched this forum for any information concerning the message "Key Fob Not Detected", and did not see anything. I had this issue today on my 2016 Hellcat Challenger. Battery in the fob is good, so from what I can determine from other sources, the issue is with the RF Hub. It could be a bad hub, or the hub fuse is blown, or I just may need to do a hard restart by disconnecting the negative battery cable. I have not looked into any of these yet.
The purpose of this post is to share something that I swore would not work, when I saw it on a you tube post. The you tuber said, it you get the "Key Fob Not Detected" message you can start the car anyway. The procedure is to use the end of the remote to press the start button. I though you have got to be kidding, so I went out and tried, and I'll be damned it worked.
If that is common knowledge around her, the moderators can just delete this post, otherwise I though this might be some good information, to share

My dad had to do that with his T/A after being stored during the winter. His was just a bad fab battery
