Finished the job today. Thanks to those who helped. Only thing, I've got about 3+ pints of SC coolant that won't go back in. I dribbled it in with the car off until it wouldn't take anymore. Started and ran the car for a little while, but still have plenty left. Even lost some after the car idled for a while when I opened the cap. I even backed off the 7mm pink bolt at the rear of the sc until fluid dribbled out. Guess I've just got to drive it a bit? I don't want to overheat the sc.

3+ Pints, like 48oz? Keep bleeding that bleeder while it’s running after a drive, preferably on some steep hills up and down To help the bubbles get out of the bricks. And just keep an eye on your intake air temp

AFAIK, it won’t overheat the SC, but the iat’s might be a bit higher than they otherwise would.

We did mine today and there is a much easier way to get it in. There are 2 hoses that run under the over flow. Get some vise grips and crimp the top hose and take the cap off and let the car run for a bit. You will see the air bubbles come out and you should have the room to get it back in. I lost a little so I topped it off. I did this on Jon car and did it on mine when I put the blower spacers on and today

I took the tazer out of my wife's car and used it on mine when I done the thermo blanket and gaskets...and it worked great just but let the super charger just pump until no bubbles just water.

Mine kept going down a little bit each time I drove it for the next handful of times, but it never got "low".

I did this as well, but it still didn't get everything.

The only thing I've ever used it for was running my radiator fans/sc pump with the eng off (and killing the battery) and then also running the pumps when I've dug into the sc...

Mine, again, is back to factory specs. Fan is running, both speeds, and better than factory. Cost a $$ but will look great at my COL beer feast every year. Fighting with the dealer ships on Tuesday. Warranty issues with tires and wheels. How can you warranty tires and wheels on these critters? But I got an extended warranty on both. I paid up,, we will sea what they play ball with. Yes, them all the way.

Only two features tempt me to get a tazor:
- eliminate the uconnect scroll-lock-while-driving misfeature
- 3rd brake light flash pattern
