I have demonstrated how fast a 392 Durango can go here in Denver to a few assholes. Some are entirely guilty of putting themselves in that left lane and yes, try to speed up. That is why this road racer will hammer it way before even beginning my trip to the right lane so I have momentum, just in case they think about getting stupid and ”racing” me. Some dumbass in a real expensive Audi probably wondered how the shit something that big and ugly could have waisted his ass a few weeks ago.

No easy answer here. I hope they enforce the law in States that have it. I find it’s more often but not exclusively women. Driver’s training needs to stress to their students to only pass in the left lane and drive in the right. Also wonder about some of the tractor trailer drivers out there. Just have to be careful and don’t let those kind of drivers cause you to lose your cool.

Narrowly avoided a fairly serious wreck (potential pileup) yesterday. Two people did not know WTF they were doing in a very complex and confusing construction zone they have set up in Denver. I have seen two incidents now where shit is going to happen. Anyone else see what they have done to Pena going towards the Denver airport exit to E470 West?? If you exit Tower Road and need to get to the airport, you get to cross the traffic that runs Pena N to E470 West. Two cars made that trip last night probably never before. They were probably going to drop off their rental cars. They got real confused and locked up their brakes at about 60 mph right at the last minute decision point. They should have been in the LEFT LANE of the two lanes like the construction sign tells them to do. Deaf, dumb and blind and not able to read is not an excuse!! Thankfully a SRT Durango has fantastic brakes! Oh and don’t tell me the Powerstop pads don’t work well. I tested that in spades last night!
