I chatted with mopar.com, they said the csn 69c is Jeep, I sent the jpg and he said it is uconnect, then he said it was a dealer code, then he ended the chat. Not happy.

Love the sales team hate the helpless desk
I called the 800 number on the 69c notice Speedy posted and they were polite and helpful, said I should see it in the mail soon but my car is included and the dealer has the ability to do it now. It is in the system and the dealer will have everything they need to do the update.

I have 500 more mi to go before racing so I might wait and see what others say, but there doesn't appear to be a downside looking at the surface.
