Today is a very special day...Mothers Day....for all mothers...especially for those of us members that are blessed to still have our mothers with us....(@ 72..I still have my 97yr old mother)....to all the moms out there..enjoy your special day

Meeting some of my brothers at the cemetery to spend time with mom, then off to breakfast. Afternoon with my in-laws. They took me in almost 30 years ago and I always look forward to seeing them.
Then I’ll call my god mother, been doing that for almost 40 years. She wasn’t able to have kids, and I’ve always been the closest thing they’ve had. I make sure my kids stay close to them too.

Good mothers are the best people in the world. No other demographic is as devoted and sacrificial.

Bittersweet day for our family. Our mother passed 32 years ago, at 60.....to cancer. I miss her dearly, and have a reminder. She left me a major project, that I completed to honor her.
I had a choice between the `cuda ragtop or her Porsche 928. Wasn't really a choice, for this mopar guy.

I'm spending my early afternoon with my middle daughter. She is taking me to a local winery for Sangria Sunday.

I just got back, it was like being at the Jersy shore, except no sand or ocean
A Beautiful day.

Ha I saw a Cobra, and I walked over and asked the guy who's brand was it. I knew it wasn't Superformance and didn't think it was Factory Five.
He said it ........ never heard of it and that is wasn't a kit car. I said yeah if it was a kit car it still be in the box. . He kept going on about a custom build. I said, yes I own a #1 of All Aluminum Superformance I get it. He said I build race cars. I said Race race cars. He said his Cobra isnt his fastest car. I said we'll my Cobra isnt my Fastest car either.

Lol I finally gave up speaking to him, his GF, I could see in her face, she got it.
All I can say is I'm a female and can't do the "measuring" contest

I did have a great day. Now going to dinner with my oldest daughter.

I hope they have Prime Rib, Sometimes they have leftovers from brunch and on Sundays have a " Princess cut" just the right size!

What an amazing tribute to you mother....30 days....or 30 years....her memory will never leave you...again..quite the tribute...
