You are correct, especially when the majority are running in the 135mph range.

Most are full weight cars with five seats and stuff, one seater cars will be faster. The biggest difference is just time in the car and practice, it’s becoming well known that demons get faster with more runs.

100% stock. It does have the crate front skinnies and crate passenger mirror delete. Running Sunoco 260 GT Plus.

This right here is why the Demon is special! Run a sub 10 second quarter mile, throw the big tire up front back on, then drive home in a vehicle with heated/ventilated seats. God Bless Dodge!

it is truly amazing FCA built this car. Several people had over 40 runs in Houston and one had 50 without a hiccup.

We're not talking ET's though, we're talking trap speeds. ET's most certainly improve with skill, traps speeds not as much. All cars get slightly quicker with more runs, but not 5-6mph quicker, that's a HUGE increase in power or loss of weight.

One seater car seat will have higher mph because they weigh less. Like the link I posted bone stock down to the wheels going 141.

Maybe. It's probably not just a front and all back seats though. Seat belts and hardware, 1 (maybe 2?) less airbags. Maybe more stuff that I'm not aware of, dunno.

Base demon is 4,250 or so, loaded out it’s 4,400 lbs, quite a bit different.

Don't think that is the case. Demon guys use 4265 ( or 4280) as their holy Grail weight including driver- which allegedly reflects the weight of a factory one seat car and includes the weight of Leah pritchett. That would put the weight of a one seat car at about 4140 or so.

Here is a video of a stock demon down to the wheels going 141.96 almost 142, this is David Davies car. His fastest time was 9.74 I don't know if he went faster at the legion event. Point is if a demon on stock rims can do it a car with light weight wheels can too. In fact i'm surprised they didn't get faster than 141 mph.

3299 factory single seat ran 9.76 on 808 mode the same day it ran 9.57/9.58 in 840 mode..... at 140 mph
457 factory full interior (over 950 passes) ran 10.1 with 2 adult males in car, high 9.6 with pass seat in car at 140mph

Not sure how yours is such a pig, that's not what the official weight is for the Demon. Its listed as 4280 just about everywhere. I'm sure that's the 1 seat version with the skinnies but the front passenger seat and rear seat have been weighed before and it's about 60lbs if I recall.

Good info there. It's nice having someone here that knows a lot about Demons and also has serious skin in the game. I personally consider your info to be a good bit more reliable than just about anyone else where Demon info is concerned.

Its hard to give info any more. When you give your actual experience and numbers only to be "demonized" 😏 when its not like so and so said....

These cars run extremely consistent throughout the vin numbers, except for the single seats.... they in my opinion are exactly as Ron stated so many times before.... they are different... faster.

But any Legion member knows many more facts about the cars than any article ever written.
