Sorry not 1366. Looking like someone went to extremes to convert a Hellcat to a Demon.

Demon head on the splash screen
white gauges vs red in the hellcats
demon head on seats/fender
SRT only on rear and front - hellcats have the cat as well
HO fuel button or if not installed it only has 3 buttons on the switch panel vs 4 on the hellcat (or 6 vs 7)
Demon head on supercharger
Red valve covers vs orange or black

Those are the obvious changes

The last 4 of the VIN will be 0001 - 3312

Wasn't there a series of VINs that varied because of the dealership that created the "illegal" Demons (Illegal colors, etc).

All visual queues lined up including dash showing Demon at key on. Those were the first things I had him check. Things went odd when he tried to get a part using the VIN.

Maybe they bought a totaled Demon & changed every thing to fool a buyer & get more money on resell, if it's stolen, Call the PoPo

Also using the list, 2782 is a VIN for B5 and Demonic Red interior. An illegal combination that was built. I believe there were 2 B5's done this way but thats the first one i pulled up when searching.

Key is, for me, why is it in the shop? Being upgraded? New purchase inspection? Won't run right? What does the registration say?

VIN tampering is flat out illegal, no matter if you're trying to "reproduce" a Demon or whatever.

There should be a vin stamped in the left side shock tower frame roughly close to the power distribution box. Can't miss it unless they ground it off and repainted that area.

(*EDIT: corrected for clarity, left when looking at your motor, on the passenger side, but that's where the power distribution box is anyway)

Does it have the Demon "Smokey Burnout" on the windshield? Seems silly but easily overlooked.

As stated previously, every single visual queue is correct. Engine block, valve covers, demon SC cover, windshield burnout graphic, etc. The tag in the door seemed odd, and when he tried to order some parts the VIN didn't show up at the parts dept and the guy reached out to me to see what I could tell him.
