I lived and worked in Ct on a special project with Boeing for 2 years. I took a pay cut to get out of there. What shithole.

I grew up in CT, it was a great place. Budget surplus, low sales tax. no income tax, lots of jobs, affordable housing, easy access to ocean, mountains, lakes, everywhere. Then in the mid 80's the libs spread their wings and the crap hit the fan. Deficits, income tax, sales tax, use tax, etc... I left before the income tax hit and never looked back.

BTW: Danbury was at the south end of magnificent Lake Candlewood, a beautiful man-made lake. As teens we would take a 16’ boat on camping trips, waterski and drink beer all day. Now the lake almost completely clogged with milfoil, very sad.
