I believe only the later cars with the lower front valance plumbed for them really benefit. I suppose they couldn’t hurt, but my ‘15 doesn’t have the provision for them, and I’m not swapping over and loosing my oil cooler trap door drain access.

^ This!

Standing 1/2 mile for me. I wanted to make sure I didn’t have any issues after clearing the traps. It ended up being a non-issue and I had plenty of speed scrubbed off in the run off to not even remotely worry about it, but I sure did before I got there and had no idea what to expect…

I changed the lower pan on my 2015.
I did consider it but decided ng when I saw I would loose the easy access to the oil cooler drain.

My thought exactly. Trying to balance drag vs. brake abuse.

The guy who got me started on that used a 2019 Charger HC non-RE tuned and did 203.7 in the 1.5mi. He said he smelled something on the return road, stopped and looked. He said his front rotors were blue. They seemed to work find afterwards.

No oil cooler access on some of the cars, the 22RE has brake air ducts right were the cover needs to go.

For the 25.00 or so it is well worth not having to remove all those fasteners!

Never seen these. My 2016 didn't have anything like that. The Demon 170 has ducts. Is that what's shown in the 1st post?
