Hello, it’s been a minute. So, I took a week off work to get my 23 challenger HC out of storage, dust it off and put some mileage on it. Went for a nice ride Saturday night and all was well. Come Sunday rolled out to the edge of the drive way and bells started to chime. The car went into lymp mode and just idled. So I was able to idle it back into the garage. called flexcare monday who dispatched a flat bed. I attempted to pull the neutral strap and found out it wasn’t properly installed so the only option was to start it up and idle it out to the street because the flat bed was to wide for the drive and that’s when all hell broke loose. It started and went to a high idle then started making several different noises then it went to a low idle and started puttering After getting on the flatbed it was taken to the dealer. I received a phone call shortly after I left from the adviser telling me the TPS and throttle body were bad, mid June is when they expect the parts would be available. The car only has 1277 miles on it. My worry is if internal damage was done and the fact it has low miles what else can I expect. Thoughts!
