Not sure whats better tbh. If Tesla inspired is better then maybe. Its just really cold and hard feeling. All of the American flavor is gone. At first you get swept up with how different it is and all the different functions. But when you spend some time in it you realize that you cant really settle in and get comfortable. Kind of hard to explain. With the HC you sit in it, be part of it. This thing feels like you're not really connected with the car.
I know I would hate no knobs.That is just a massive fail for me. Hunting around for basic controls while driving irritates the shit out of me. I’m not tall at all at 5’9 and I found myself adjusting the seat just about all the way down. Tall people may have issues.

Tall people do have issues...trouble with their joints..and legs...and on average they don't live as long as us 5'9'' variants

Viewed as a powerful AWD touring car and not as a Hellcat replacement, I’m not hating it. 4700 lbs and reasonably priced.

Does this guy work for Dodge? He sounds like a salesman and that makes me immediately distrust 90% of what he's saying. Everything is put in a positive light and any bad points are sugarcoated and downplayed. That doesn't sell me at all and I find myself fast forwarding over most of his sales pitch...

I got friends 6'2" and over...In their late 50's/early 60's...with bad leg and foot problems...

Meh. Muscle car my ass. The thing makes 30psi of boost and runs basically the same as a 392 Hemi. Thay HAD a great boosted engine. I was expecting more.

Considering I wasn't expecting anything.... I'm still underwhelmed.

Of course our expectations are high....(we own the top of the food chain)...these latest offerings aren't for us...(the motor Co. already made it's money on us)...these are for the next generation...that don't have the resourses for a six figure new car....but want something with some zip

Sat in a ‘24 and “started” it. Hard pass and not only because that one was an EV. Interior is effn horrendous. Prob the worst interior ive been in for a long while. They completely did away with knobs for radio/climate. One tiny one to turn on the radio and that’s it. Boring flat touch screen and dash. Def will have people’s eyes off the road searching for controls. Nothing in the controls is intuitive at all. Big fail.
The seats had almost zero lateral support. Headroom is non existent. The whole interior just screams rental. Glass roof seems cool but I didnt see any type of shade. Im not wanting the sun baking me at red lights. People whine about the current Challenger interior but it’s perfect if you ask me. Miles better than this new Tesla interior wannabe.
Bottom line is even with a Hellcat engine I wouldnt want to drive that thing.

Hard to argue with the current Challenger HC/Scat pack/Demon/170 interiors...to me.....they fit like a glove...
