Ok, got mine in and installed. I couldn't figure out why the included push-pins had tie down straps but I figured it out from the pics posted here. I have a 392 and it does not have that cable routed above the pins. Instead I just used some extra fender liner push pins I had for the Magnum, perfect fit.
