I have many 345/18s from my Vette build laying around my shop. Wondered how it looked and performed with a wider drag radial. I am a big fan of wider tires. I run 395/15s on my Vette and full size drag slicks on my F body tube car.
I completely agree with the big rubber. As long as it is a WB, they will work. I own two different sets myself, one for the street and one for the track. However, they both are on 12” wide wheels. A 345 is just a bit too big for the 11” wide wheels.

On a Widebody? That wheel is in the wrong place. FYI, both of the manufacturers have my rear 12” wide wheel edges about even with the outside center of the flair. A 345/30 has about an inch on the inside on those front ribs.
