Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some input from the community regarding the audio system options on the new 2025 Durango Hellcat. I currently have a 2023 Durango SRT with the full options package, including the Harman Kardon sound system, which I really enjoy.
Planing to upgrade to the hellcat but I don’t like the 3 fully loaded lineup and prefer the “ entrance level hellcat”

I’ve noticed that the 2025 Hellcat seems to come standard with the Alpine speaker system, unless you go for the higher trims like the Hammerhead, Monkey Brass, or Silver Bullet. The base Hellcat doesn’t seem to offer the Harman Kardon upgrade anymore, and I’m concerned this might be a downgrade in audio quality.

Has anyone here had experience with the new Alpine system in the 2025 Hellcat? How does it compare to the Harman Kardon system in previous SRT models? Is the sound quality noticeably different, or is the Alpine system still solid?

Also, any thoughts on why Dodge dropped the 6.4L SRT and is now only offering the Hellcat as the entry-level SRT model?

Thanks in advance for your insights!

Pure speculation on my part, but with the radical flux of engine changes due to the changes in EPA/CARB/Corporate/politics, the fact that ANY 2025 V-8 exist is heaven sent luck for us.

We have the Alpine system in the wife’s R/T and it makes my Hellcats system sound like crap. I love it.
