Mine were ordered, late order and late build on a 2019. My car was tagged no dealer prep other than road readiness so my security pins and cables were in a plastic bag in the trunk. I worry about the cables scratching the paint so I didn’t install them.
The Beast,
Your car looks awesome, the pins look great, and the color! Wow! The cop’s radar gun should be able to bullseye scope you 2 miles away! 😀

Did you get any instructions or pamphlet regarding the pins and cables? If so, would you snap a photo and post it?

How much was the option (if you don’t mind me asking)? I spent $270 just for the parts, still waiting for their arrival. Is that the ‘Performance Spoiler’ I see?

I’ll find the Cable instructions and post them. I think the factory hood pins were a $495 option

LOVE the Air Grabber from early 70-72, had a 70 440-6pak with same unit...always a chuckle when someone pulled up and revved their engine, flip switch and watch their face as it opened and teeth/mouth appeared...priceless!

WOW!
I almost feel like I’m guilty of ‘cultural appropriation’ with regards to putting old school parts on a new car. But man, I love sure love the look.

May have been more as a factory option, but they came installed (sans cables) and I didnt have to stress about cutting holes in my hood correctly or finding a shop I trusted to do so either
