It can't be a daily driver. I had agreed value race insurance on the Charger and trailer.

yes as David stated, annual mileage limit. At least with Hagerty, it's not just one hard limit - they have at least two categories. I have my Cat in the lowest one, and the Scat in the next higher one.

I just got a Compustar complete security system with GPS & E-Lock ignition relay kill and the Tazer for the PIN code. Also have UConnect as a back up GPS/Veh finder.

Ok testing of Airtags vs Tile is complete. Airtags are 95% effective, Tile 1% so the Tiles will be getting returned. YMMV.

As for insurance, if you don't have agreed value and or replacement value, expect low KBB low ball from the insurance company. Mine was agreed value for a set amount and highly recommended on these cars.

Yes, Airtags only work with Apple, however I got an Iphone 7 basically free (it's older) and just connected to my home Wifi and it works great. I don't do Apple either but the Airtag tracking is really good (for my area YMMV).

I suppose it's time I give them a call. I use them for track day insurance. Maybe there is some kind of combo insurance for street and track and agreed value.

I split off my Cat from Allstate and got a reasonable agreed value (but not as much as I wanted without having to go deeper with evidence, etc.), and to my pleasant surprise, they took my brand new Scat right out of the box at my total purchase price out the door - no questions asked. Pleased with them so far - in second year with them, and I reduced my gap risk exposure on the Cat some for less than I was paying Allstate.

I have Grundy and I just raised my replacement value by $15,000 for just under $200/year. No questions asked.

I didn't try the Samsung tracker.

From my understanding:

IGLA = prevents the car from being stolen

Compustar: Alerts you that the car is being stolen

Most I talk to are going with IGLA.

You have to choose between track or street coverage.
