Nice car. A manual trans was also available. The 300 K 4 speed was pretty unusual. It had a console but the shifter came out the side of the transmission hump and not the top of the console. There was an unrestored one in N. VA that had to be very rare.

This 1 looks like an older restoration that would make a nice driver for local shows and cruises. I would have to change the wheels.

My dad wanted one of these so bad, I can remember him talking aboyt the 'letter cars' when I was a kid.
Looks like they saved the OE hubcaps . Just have to scrounge up the correct basic wheels, fix whatever that is leaking & hit the local shows !

I never drove one but I have driven several '65 Newport's with 383's. No only do they not stop or corner, but the huge clear glass gives everyone a birds eye view of everything and everyone inside. No hiding anything!
