$450 junk. Then you clog that and have the same problem. I don’t think any of these injector issues are from debris that would have been captured by an inline filter, these full pumps have sock filters. But I’ll wait and see what the injector cleaner says. Ask them for pics

They’re $450 now, and honestly not needed or they’d come from the factory with one. These are plastic gas tanks, not metal ones. Stock pump is a TI, same as aftermarket dual pumps, and the fuel pump sock is the same as stock as it is for them

I just checked the Direct Connection website and part of their drag pack package for my car, 18 Charger, are 2 inline fuel filters.

I'm going out on a limb and say that the 170s have those same or equivalent filters on them.

That is a return fuel system with an in-line pump, it requires the in-line filters, one will be pre-pump and one will be post-pump. Hellcats come with a returnless fuel system with in-tank pump and filter, I'm guessing the Demon 170 will have the same style in-tank setup (with different pumps) as Hellcats.

go to Tappeds site. The inline filter is for IF you remove the in tank filter sock on the passenger side Jet pump, or run a return system where you’re running at 100% pdc all the time
