I probably would've waited for the CCI 2pc shaft. Dammit.

Oh well. Now I have the 1pc here and Beadlocks on the way. Ha.

@FLYIN4D Great. Thanks. Waiting for that 2 piece just may be the move.

Why is 2 piece better than 1? I’d think that less can go wrong with fewer parts. Thx for the education from anybody!!

Due to the length from trans to diff...the build mandates a 2pc to maintain the critical speed to actually reach the car's top speed.

A 1pc at this length actually lowers the critical speed enough to cut the top end down almost 30mph in the case of a charger.

I know of one member hitting 194 in his Challenger with a Wiles. Saw it with my own eyes. LOL

There's some good posts on the old forums about Wiles that I remember. Members seemed quite happy with the performance and quality.

Glad it stayed together. Not real smart however even IF they never have a problem.

Do the math. Then ask the top manufacturers what the actual critical speeds are.

IF they'll even admit to it...because they usually side-step the question with some BS about quality and spin balancing...they'll tell you that due to the design and material that the shaft will have a lower critical speed than factory and as such your top speed will be limited if installing that driveshaft.
