idk if this will help you OP, but I ended up with really bad wheel hop in my 15 (on the street) when the temps got colder & after I took weight out of the car. It was like the car bee-bopped around on the pavement, instead of transfering weight properly and hooking. The combo of cold tires and no real tail weight was a no-go. I added weight back in and it helped.

I get a little now and then nothing bad and I have a brace, 60ft improved also with it

I have not had any wheel hop in my 19 wide Scat with my DR's on a prepped surface.
16 psi.
Using launch at 2K or power brake.
Quicker with power brake.

Lift quick. If you ease off, it quits, right? Okay to do if your just playing around.

1st you need a dirs. brace,these rears are cheap so don't worry about warranty 20 minute job to change if those ears on the diff break it will take out the driveshaft,axels,and maybe the fuel tank,plus dent up your trans tunnel,those tires should start at 20 cold and go down from there if you have traction problems,cradle bushings would be your next step and if you are serious about drag racing the car adjustable upper and lower arms with the rear camber set to positive a bit,you might want to try the hoosier tires they grip like hell and tend to spin instead of hop I use them on my wifes redeye.
