Trigger is getting new rears!!

I ordered new rears a few months back from Triumph and after Covid related delays they are done!! Here’s what is in transit! Biz was awesome to deal with and as you all know extremely knowledgeable. More pix to follow once I get them on Trigger.

I need you to come to show me what to do!! There's a guy I met at Bondurant who lives in Orlando and has tried to set up a small group twice at the Orlando raceway but the first was canceled by the track due to the pandemic and the second never got off the ground because enough drivers didn't want to go to the track. Once these get installed and the weather looks good I'm going to be there. I'll keep you posted in case you can head north.

worst case I can get a group down at pbir if you wanna make the drive. Try and give me a weeks notice at least so I can make arrangements.

17x11 but he can do 10. We went back and forth on which one and I finally just said for him to pick.

He said about 29 pounds due to deep concave design. Certainly not the lightest but I wanted the stock look more so than going light. Wish I could’ve had both.

29 lbs. , that's not bad, I like the stock look too, I have the stock 5 spokes 20x9.5 in the front which are 29 lbs. & put the replicas 20x11's 33lbs. in the rear, street set up. Track rears I went with Forge Stars 17x10 19.75 lbs. with the 315/50/17 M/T R's.
Got rid of all my Race Stars.

Those Forge Stars are cool! My justification for going heavier was purchasing a Cox Lithium Battery, which shaved I think nearly 40 lbs off so I kind of looked at it as a wash.

Good deal, the lithium batteries are nice for weight savings, but damn their expensive, lol, I have the Arch Angel lithium, saved about 30 lbs.

I do like the Forge Stars over the Race Stars now, the conical lug nuts are so much easier to swap out & bolt up, they are 1/2" wider at the same or less weight than RS's & they are still a 5 spoke, black with a polished lip, wish they had a solid black wheel, oh well it's just for the track, I don't run the skinnies anymore at the track, too much hassle to swap & only worth .05 in ET.
