I would think so, it's all stock with 4 miles on it, lol. The problem is the numbers matching block. If they do in fact replace the engine, and the blocks are numbered, it will no longer be numbers matching. While that might not matter to some, it will matter to others trying to keep things original for resale.

the thing that get me though...4 miles is about what they would have after the treadmill test, moving around to storage, then shipping and some movement off the truck. so...where in that little bit of moving did it happen? How did it not get noticed before now? How long after the buyer took possession did this happen? The tattletales in the computer should be able to let them know if someone tached it up during the movement. Does anyone know if this is prior to delivery to the customer? If I missed that part...sorry.

Correct and that was shared everywhere, as well as the exploding diffs and many other issues our platform has had. 15' s/c bearings, noisy diffs, and weak drive shafts.

It's only fair imo to share this as well, since there seems to be some Ford fan boys here that think this platform is without flaw. All I've seen so far is roll racing videos and other crap touting the GT500 in a Dodge group, lol. None of the Ford fan boys would dare share this, or other videos such as the young guy who put his GT500's DCT into limp mode after it coded about a overtemp clutch issue.

I'm not on a high horse by any means, just sharing the bad about the car that is reality. Versus the fan boys who want to just share the good and ignore the rest like it doesn't matter, lol.

Do you think the entire block is unrepairable? Would seem unlikely...
