What’s the first one you would recommend doing?

What kind of modifications? Ordering one or after market mods for looks and power?

Bigger and wider Drag Radial tire for better traction and a 1 piece drive shaft to start would be good.
Then if warranty is not a issue for you, you can start with a tune for e-85 and bigger injectors.
It depends on what power level you wanna be at.
Lots of nice knowledgeable people in here so ask away.

Drag Radials should be the first mod if you don't have them already.

As for the driveshaft the Redeye driveshaft is the same as the Demon so your fine.

AAD drag pak full suspension.

Then anything after that your well into the 9s

I too am in the infancy stage of perf mods. I strongly recommend the differential brace before racing with DRs just in case, this was my first mod. I looking at a drag set up and changing my gears from 2.62 to 3.09 just not sure its worth it. Also, thinking about installing the demon springs pending more research. I guess it depends on your performance goal as mentioned by PRHC.

Yup forgot about the Per4mance Development Brace. That’s a must have.
The 309 ratio is one of the best mods I’ve done.

Already did diff brace, trailing arms, sway bar links, drag radials from week one. Got a one piece DS just need to install. Also got a 309 sitting the corner gathering dust.

So was it about +2psi throughout? Did you pin the crank?

Any reason you haven't installed the 3.09? I have search the forum and don't see any definitive proof where a member swopped in the 3.09 in place of 2.62 and gain performance in 1/4 mile. All I hear is, the car feels better daily driven and pulls great between 50-110mph, nothing you can hang your hat on though. 2k is a lot to spend for zero gain at the strip. I'll be interested in your response. Thanks!

Hello,

Well the car I am considering putting it in is my 1 year old Redeye Challenger with only 2300 miles on it. Additionally I’ve determined that for my street car there really is no benefit other then a smoke show which is already to easy to do as the car sits today.

I got a really good deal on the diff for under $500, so if I don’t use it I’ll sell it.

I would be interested if you still have the 3:09 for a Red Eye and don't use it.

You will pick up .3 tenths and about 3-4 mph, atleast mine did with no tuning. I did not pin the crank and dont plan on it. 19 Redeye
Car is really fast for the street now and runs 9's on 93 octane with Tim Barth tuning.
