3600 lb hot rod. I couldn't believe it when I saw it.

Well that's different......

Maybe enter it in that burnout competition down in Australia? Seems like it would do really well.

How about doing that to a Plymouth Prowler!!!

He said that he couldn't get into it at any point because it would just boil the tires.

Originally it had a 5.7 and a 5 speed manual when he bought it.

That I think would fit the car better and be more user friendly.

I like the extreme side of it now. Something has to make it exciting after all its a PT Cruiser.

Yeah I guess but I do like the idea of a HC6.2 in a Prowler:love: which in reality would probably be worse than the PT for drivability.:ROFLMAO:

Would 1 fit in a Prowler? I was surprised that it fit as nicely as it did in the PT.

Don't know but if someone has a spare Prowler and a HC engine they can give me, I'll try it to see;)

He said that he paid $15K just for the engine.

Thanks @Linda's Hell Cat - I knew it !!!
I figured someone HAD to do one by now...and removed those silly front bumpers too!! I bet it still handles really well too - only around 2900 curb weight.

A guy near me has done a few HC engine swaps and had a big Plymouth (I think) late sixties station wagon!!! I bet it hauled the kids around just fine....:geek:

Seems kinda like the chevy LS engine swap thing.....except with HC engines...and a lot more $$$....

When Dodge started leaks on the Hellcat, my husband just couldn't wait!
He loved Superchargers. ( He Built my 1st race car with a KenneBell 3.6 then 4.2)
I'm not sure about the price comparison of a Hellcat crate engine, which includes the supercharger to another brand. It could be more but it probably satisfies the Need for Speed pretty darn good 😃

I bet those kids had a Fun Fassst time riding in that station wagon for sure!😎🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
