Sure they are moving on their own right now
We did at least ask, but Whipple doesn’t do group buys. The cost on the blowers is the same for us too, whether we order 1 or order 50 so there’s no negotiating we can do on their behalf in order to run a group buy in this case :(

We have been stocking them since day one to help with the prolonged backorders. Our customers have come to rely on us to have the parts they want, in stock, and we do our best to always be able to fill all orders faster than our competitors! :cool:

What's one of these make on the regular Hellcat motor?
8s possible on a 2015-16 Hellcat Challenger (local car for sale for a good price and having silly ideas)
Never too silly!

We should be able to make a safe ~1,000whp on a higher boost / race fuel or E85 setup with some fuel system and suspension upgrades. Something that'd at least be mid to low 9's pretty consistently with a good wheel/tire combo and the ole driver mod, then ready to be turned up if things get REALLY silly with a forged short block :cool:

I Was making 950 wheel on my ported 2.4 IHI 2.72 upper + 10 lower IHI before on pump E83 so we’ll see where this gets to on about the same boost to see how much more efficient they really are

Bummer, guess you guys are going to have to wait to see the numbers lol. In the mean I guess 60-130 street pulls will be my dyno 😆

3rd pull on the sheet is a bone stock 2.7 IHI. 2nd pull is the Whipple 3.0 and 3.75” upper at 18#. 1st pull is with the 3.0” upper at 24#. 21 SS, A8 in 5th gear, 3.09. Don’t remember the timing, but I know it was VERY conservative. 6th gear would have put it over 1000whp.

Is there a lower on it? I wouldn't think the 3.75 that comes with it would make 18 lbs of boost

Yes, stock lower.
That’s making some big boost on a stock size lower!! I have a 3.00 lower I was planning to use but driving it with a +10 lower, I only want to start with my same boost I was making before for now, 21-22 lbs, I may have to start off with the 3.75 it came with for the first runs.

What size injectors and fuel pumps you running?

ID1300’s and stock Redeye pumps.

Isn’t your motor worked over? My motor is stock, so it’s probably pretty restrictive and therefore building more boost. I’m also on a full stock exhaust. I would think better heads and a less restrictive exhaust would flow better and build less boost, but I’m also still learning. I’ve only known n/a my whole life.
