Had mine on a scale the other day and was surprised it came in at around 4200 lbs without me in it. Thought I read somewhere that’s where the new 170 weighs in with all the weight saving tricks.

Sorry,, butt tat ain't funny. I have had 3 my front ends placed into the ass end of sum shit head, sueing, driven SUVs. Suckass, Undesireable, Vnecked old bastard lukin fer a $25,000 pay day. Conversation today wit my driver, ALF jerks, and I explained watt the lawyers told me. Lawyers from my insurance company, jerks. Worked fer an insurance company while attending UT, Chattanooga snot Tampa. They ass plained to tits wing nutt tat written into my policy, state wide, is a pay off amount of, umm brellar, $25,000 to beez satteled with out groin two court. Dick heads, pay off, so tat is da is what dee 4,200 lbs will do fer ya. It want stop. I slammed on the brakes and hit 1st gear. No stopping at 18 mph. Too heavy.

Maybe with driver. Our challenger r/t with just a drag pack weighed under 4000. I can't believe it is that light. It does have heated seats but they are cloth

That was at MIR for the MSHS race last year. first round weigh in. I was able to shed the weight of the ice tank, and got me one of them fancy batteries like you.

lol, no shit on the weight. Didn't help your guys that they were pushing on big wrinkled tires I'm sure. had the same thing happen to me years ago in a SC GTO as I was lighting up a Corvette at around 0330 on an I-10 access road. Fortunately, it had just split the belt, still had about 1/4 of the ribs left. Motor would still run but a dark Home Depot parking lot became my pit. Towed the car in the end.
