Ran a new best of 9.84@141.68

I couldn't hammer it off the line. Prep was great. Tried playing with tire pressure a bit, but the car wouldn't take an aggressive launch. I'm going to try to tweak the tune one more time for the launch and then move up to 315's...

That is truly impressive. What boost does the 2.4 make with stock lower pulley. And BTW that is pretty quiet for no mid pipe cats. Very nice. I've seen unblown cars with none that were just obnoxious. E85 correct?

I'm not "sold" on skinnies yet, not sure if they are worth anything. No hard evidence.

I'm on pump e85 yes.

Car is full weight 4800+ with me in it and the two car seats.

2.4 makes about 19-20psi. Same as a 2.65/10 combo.

I'm going to go one more time this year. Hope to get the tune adjusted as I said so I can really hammer it off the line. Anything in the mid to low 1.4x range and I'll be where I want for now.

Just try them , then you'll know. I picked up at least .05 > .07 with mine.

Skinnies are worth a tenth or two depending on a couple things.

I agree, weight is just slowing you down but that is hauling the mail at 4800!

Congrats man! I admire how you’re running it heavy. A TRUE solid 9 sec street car, car seats and all. That’s just freakin awesome!

Once you feel you get it dialed in where you want it, do you think you’ll strip the weight and see what it will really do?

I too was skeptical about skinnies until I seen moparjim drop a tenth instantly with just the skinnies . And pick up a mph too.

I get it , the whole badge of honor thing of full weight at the track & I've done the same thing too , but now the way I look at it is - the car will never run as good on the street as is does at the track ( as long as good track prep ) so when I go to the track I want my best time & track weight ( seats out & drag pack on ) is part of that. When I'm on the streets I may or may not have the seats in , & I normally don't race on the street anyway. It's not a DD though.

but maybe curts tune will achieve my mid to low 10s ,then ill want to go quicker for sure ,,them 1050 injectors are on the shelf for now but I see a lower pulley in the future lol
I bought the front skinnies to match the back ,the OCD couldn't take it anymore lol

but maybe curts tune will achieve my mid to low 10s ,then ill want to go quicker for sure ,,them 1050 injectors are on the shelf for now but I see a lower pulley in the future lol

If you’re looking for a lower pulley, I have a 10% ATI with only 600 miles on it. I went to an OE sized one for my 426 build instead.

Yeah, pain at first but after you do it a few times it's faster to do. The front seat takes a E12 socket for the 4 bolts & 2 plugs under seat & out , not sure if Charger is different from Challenger for back seat but the bottom just pulls up & out , the back part is 5 - 18mm nuts & out. I can pull it all out in 15 > 20 minutes & about 110 > 120lbs.
Cordless ratchet really makes it fast.
