So I bought this 2015 hellcat challenger about 2 months ago. It was all stock except for a Legmaker intake. My plans for it are 100% drag car and no street driving. It was wrecked when I picked it up and it's pretty much ready to go now. I have only driven it about 2-3 miles. I wanted to go ahead and replace the intake gaskets with cometic gaskets since stock are usually something that fails frequently.
Here's where I may have bigger issues?

So I pulled the blower lid just to check around, and when I did I noticed almost all the blower and lid bolts were loose. Like rattling around loose. As far as the rotors, they looked good to me(pics below) but I did notice a good amount of oil at the bearing plate(1-2 tablespoons I'd say). Also I did notice when I installed the catch can, there seemed to be excessive oil in driver and passenger pvc hoses. So I'm pretty sure that's where it's coming from but if someone thinks different please let me know. I guess worse case it'll get a full rebuild with a goal to make 1200ish HP.

My main question for you guys is this amount of oil/blow by normal for a car with no catch can?

Plans for the car as of now- it is gutted sitting at 3900lbs with some more weight to be removed. 2.78 griptec, ATI 10% lower, ID 1300 injectors and E85. Eventually ported blower, headers and who knows what else. I'm sure like most projects it'll go throw plenty of changes.

The intake track looks very clean. That oil probably came off or out of the rotors from sitting an extended period of time possibly. The one rotor has hollow lobes to it that can collect oil. Check the cooling bricks to see how oil fouled they are, they may need cleaned. loose lid bolts I’ve heard of before.

My catch can was always pretty dry on my hellcat.

Awesome, thanks for input. If all goes well, it'll make a pass tomorrow night just to see what it does stock. Hoping to get high 6s in 1/8 mile. 28x6" Mt sportsman on the front and 29x10.5-17"(wanted 28s but got a stupid deal on these) pro bracket radials on rear.
