Issues after pcm unlock

Long story short.
I had the car tuned on a diablo by a tuner. I had knock issues because winter blend fuel.
I then did a pass at the track and the fuel system was maxed out.
So I decided to change tuners and go with a flex fuel tune using hp tuners.
Since I had a pcm unlock by diablo i needed it done by HP Tuners something I figured was pretty standard with them.
After 3 days of not receiving the pcm back I had my current tuner reach out to HP tuners o see where it was at
HP tuners reply was just sitting here it was already modified. Was it returned to stock?
My tuner replied and said yes it is back to stock it's an 18 so it needs to be unlocked by hp tuners
So the next day i got that in. Followed the instructions on the sheet and sent my tuner the stock file.
Today he sends me a startup file. I wasn't able to get to it until right before 5 o clock.
The car idled real bad and I noticed it codes come up
So I pulled codes and they are listed below
Let me make sure everyone knows THIS IS NOT THE TUNERS FAULT!
The car is not recognizing a whole bunch of stuff.
I clear the codes they come right back


Has anyone had this issue going from diablo to HP?

You need to do a throttle relearn. Standard fare on unlocked pcms.

You need to do a throttle relearn. Standard fare on unlocked pcms.
Maybe some? Never did anything on my Daytona, started right up. Worth a try:)

Ya I tried that a few times. Even tried the throttle relearn in hp.
I just took the pcm out again blew air in both pcm connectors loaded stock tune and now I’m only left with these codes.
I'm guessing when I did the throttle relearn it fixed those codes but not the rest.

Curt is aware but like i said it was right before 5 i emailed him got a couple replies back for more information right away. I'm sure he's done for the day. If he was to reply to emails all night he'd never sleep like a certain tuner we know who burns him self out to much.

"Running is replacing the TCM/valve body which will run $1,943.60 + tax."
Edit-
I have talked my self out of thinking this is it. Since I do not have the following codes.


U0121 - Lost Communication With Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module (Permanent)
U0140 - Lost Communication With Body Control Module (Permanent)

Don’t ask how. On one of the ram forums I found leaving the battery unhooked all day fixed their issue. So I did just that today and the car went into gear and idled fine.
only issue now is just I can’t change traction control modes and the traction warning is up. But maybe just driving it will fix that
