NOT that I am going to do this other than to play around with ride height for a temporary project, what would be the best way to accomplish this ill-advised task ? I am assuming the easy way would be to use a sawzall except that I have no idea if the hardness of the spring will wipe the teeth off it in about 3 seconds. What about using a specific type of disc on a high speed air tool and keep ice packed around the coil to attempt to salvage the temper ?
Someone with experience has been there and done that and I would like to hear about it.
Thanks...
