I ordered two. The box states 18*5.5 instead of 18*5. The bolt pattern by eye looks ok. I have not taken off the wheel yet to test fit them. The Chinese numbers do not match the ordering numbers. But sometimes that is normal.

Just the basic racestars. I took a tape measure and from inner lip to inner lip it is 5 inches. I do not know why the box states 18 x 5.5. probably all is ok

You must have got the recluse front runners not the dark stars or drag stars?

One way to find out is to get my lazy butt off the couch tomorrow morning to do a test fit. The Hoosier tires are on back order. I hope these will help me finally hook. Spinning to 80 mph at 6500 da I got a 10.1 at 140.1.

Hoosiers is different, most go with the M&H or Mickeys for the fronts

That should not matter. As I am asking about the wheels. Mickey's are radials and weigh as much as some front full sized tires. The Hoosiers are 4 pounds lighter per tire than the M and H. They are on back order due to excessive demand.

I just did a test fit on the wheels. They fit. But are almost up on the calipers. But when the tire is on I assume they will clear by a bit more. The weights will have to be put on by the front part of the backside of the rim due to clearance issues. I am happy I decided to sweat some this morning and do a test fitting.

I wish Hoosier would come out with a 28" drag radial for a 17 or 18 wheel. I was told they will be but no time frame

They do. I was running an 18 inch 30.2 inch one in the back. They have various 17 inch ones.
