I keep imagining my electric bill being huge. I’d rather pay as you go like with gas now. At least I can fool myself more that way and not have another giant monthly bill waiting.

I had a cmax years ago , charged all night then could drive it for 13-20 miles! It was a POS and yes my electric bill went sky high. The same thing will happen again, keep hugging the trees.

I'm considering on getting a hybrid van for my service van at work . I believe that is the " happy medium " at the moment. Waiting for me vehicle to charge would cost me money . Plus trying to fine a changing station and going off my route is even more of an inconvenience and lost money .
I have always said full EV is not the way to go .
