Hello everyone, so I wish I would've came to this forum before I put the deposit down on my build but here it goes anyway.
The following is the main parts/build list for what I will be getting done by Peitz Performance in the next 2-3 weeks:

1.) Innovators West Harmonic Balancer 9.3% overdrive
2.) Hellraiser 2.72 clutched pulley kit
3.) Gates Belt
4.) Dynamics 1300X Injectors
5.) PPT Hellcat Duel Fuel Pump
6.) 180 degree thermostat
7.) Billet Technologies Dual Catch Can
8.) Wiles Racing 3.5" aluminum 1-piece driveshaft
9.) Stainless works X-Pipe
10.) NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
11.) P4D diff brace
12.) F1 interchiller thermal blanket/spacers

These are the main parts. I’m tracking my car so I wanted to make it as reliable as possible. I’ll also be tuned and running E85 exclusively.
This should put me over 800 rwhp on their mustang dyno (about 900 on a dynojet) and should give me the potential to break into the 9s.

My question is, is there anything else that you guys would recommend? Perhaps mods that I should've included. Also, what would ya'll recommend for the future when I want to add more power?
Bigger supercharger maybe?

Anyway, thanks for reading and for any/all input.
MOPAR OR NO CAR!

That’s a solid build that is kinda the sweet spot for a stock block. If you’re going to track the car, you will need to address two more things.... IC cooling to keep your IATs under control. Ice box for the track is the cheapest. Managing ice at the track is a pain in the ass when the weather is warm. The other option is a Interchiller but you’re adding a substantial cost to your build by the time labor is added. The other thing is..... control arms and bushings to put all that power to use and keep your axles and differential in one piece. Your power is capable of mid nine seconds at 145 mph if the car is capable of putting it to use.

I’m hoping you’re right. My local track isn’t the best but if I can put the power down I think I’ll be good.

Yes I wanted to include the interchiller but I didn’t want to add another 5k to the build. I’ve heard so many good things about it so I’ll be doing it probably next summer. Thank you for the advice and the reply. Are there any particular control arms and bushing that you recommend?

Nothing is even close to the new AAD setup. They have what they call the Drag Pack (common name these days) package. Last I checked it was $1400. I just used the BMR lockouts on my cradle. They aren’t as harsh as the solid bushings and I have no issues with this combination at the rear now. That setup has produced a 1.26 sixty ft and is rock solid.

IMO, since it appears your cat is not a wide body, replace the half shafts, lost a shaft a few years ago with similar power to yours.

I'd say pin the crank... Other than that, everyone's already posted up my main concerns. As far as bigger SC, that depends on whether you can find a Demon charger or if you wanna go the Whipple way. Either way, big money, and decent power gains. I'm sure you already suspect that.

Yup they’re gonna pin the crank. I think the next thing will be the interchiller and who knows what else. Just excited to get this first part done already.

How many miles on it?

The hardware is one thing, the tune is the brains.

Do you trust your Neurosurgeon?

When you do this but GForce axle shafts, I’ve not had much luck with DSS CV’s, GForce a bit more expensive but their CV’s are superior

Whoops it seems I lost track of replying. All work and tuning was done by Alex at Peitz Performance. Car is stupid fast. It made 830 on his mustang dyno which reads low. Unfortunately it seems the hellraiser pulley has failed and I will be towing the car back to him just to be on the safe side since I just got the car back on Halloween.

That'd be yet another hellraiser failure.

Damn.

And 830 on a MD is stout. 850+whp DJ easy. Definitely making some steam.

Yeah, they told me that the failures were pretty rare now since apparently they were redesigned or something. And yeah Alex said his dyno reads between 10%-13% lower than Dynojets. My car made 598whp bone stock for reference

10-13%? That could put you juuussstttt over 900whp on one...which is believable. Those mods are usually good for 850-925 depending on dyno, tune, conditions, etc on E85...

Track will confirm it though. If you can get it to hook.

Good luck. I failed this year. Lol

I only got one pass before the pulley failed during the second pass. Soft launch getting used to the car and it did a 10.1 on average at best track prep and about 2500 DA. Car is a completely different animal. I just need to see that “9” on the time slip damn it haha

I wonder what's up with the Hellraiser failures of late. I've had one of the 2.72s on my car for almost 2 years no issues. Are they hitting the snout or something on some cars?

10.1 first time out isn't bad in that DA. What was the MPH?
