Curious to see the 0-60 times of the new DHC versus the DSRT. Our best with stock SRT is 4.4, however it's very consistent with that number. I think the Hellcat is supposed to be 3.5 and I saw a review the other day where they got 3.3 which is awesome I think for 5800lbs. I absolutely love the AWD in these things!

well guys.....the day finally came.....680 miles......did launch control at 2000 rpm, spun all FOUR 295mm wide tires for 30-40 feet, grabbed 2nd and hooked, hit 0-60 in a long 3.8 seconds two times in a row!!! feels totally different than the srt 6.4 (best 0-60 was perfect 4.2 sec), the hellcat is actually smoother and seems less violent, but pushes so hard back into seat, hard to hold head up! didnt have the balls to turn up rpm yet. did hit 11 psi on dash, but was a very cool day.....which is why traction was my problem. the sounds out exhaust when at WOT in launch control is awesome....then all hell breaks loose!

The DHC does seem like king in 0-60 in all stock supercharged platforms including the Demon..

Screw launch control. Start from nothing and ease into it.....get 3.3 sec! Do it!

I agree with no launch control. I have a stock 2018 SRT and got a 4.0 0-60, and 12.8 1/4 mile without launch control. Would love me a hellcat!

My wife’s runs in the DSRT tonight. We had a blast! The yellow slip she lost to a bad ass little supra. Consistent awd and both runs in sport with 4.4 0-60.

I've done a fair amount.of research and I am leaning towards a consistent 3.4 0-60 at sea level for the DHC using the launch set up.

I never beat that on drag radials in the Charger at 2850 but got pretty close. I am leaning hard towards one of these

One cannot argue with the utility of the Durango and it's blend of utility/sport is almost unrivaled, especially for the price. But the fact remains that after 60 mph, the Durango and Trackhawk are only about as quick/fast as a Scat Pack. The Chargers and Challengers are so much faster once rolling it's not even funny, and if you can launch them it's not a close race at all. To be expected though in a car vs. truck debate...

Are you trying to say that accelerating something that weighs 1000lbs more and has the aerodynamics of a brick makes a difference???

No way...

Wrong.

Aerodynamics of Windsor castle, not a brick

Yep, I knew dang well that the 'Hawk was going to be slower than the 'Cat in a 60-120, but didn't expect it to be such a large difference that I would run out of straight road.

Fun little station wagon, but nothing like the Challenger.

I'd rather go for a weight loss program.

Lose two door for starters, then get rid of numerous proximity sensors and that butt ugly fish eye for the cruise.
Next, ditch the rear seat and the touch screen.

Also, the factory tires are painfully heavy and the wheels could be lighter. That's unsprung and rotating mass, and really should be the first to go.

Finally, remove a few grams worth of badges so it looks more like a regular Grand Cherokee.
