Hi,
lights do not work if you want to turn them on manually by pressing
however, when I open the door, all 4 bulbs are working normally
can someone help
when i put BCM on other charger all working fine - the BCM is working properly
when i put lamp in other charger too - all working fine by pressing ...

please help
what it could be?

In my opinion...The power that feeds the light switches is where the problem is...either a feed or relay is not passing voltage to feed the hot side of switches to enable push to turn on, you have already eliminated the BCM as an issue. You would need schematic and trace the feed back from switch to find it, should be separate from the door open or courtesy unlock service feed.

Easy, easy. The switch where you dim the lights is turned down. Damn man.
