Always hot, almost always rains, but we always have a good time. I heard Dodge/Chrysler will be back this year after skipping last year.

Bigger swap meet, huge show field, lots more extra activities but no drag racing. They have invitational displays on the fairgrounds and at their expo center where you can see some really unique stuff.

We haven't gone to the nats in at least 10 years.

Heading there on Friday. Always attracts some of the most gorgeous MOPARs and a nice crowd. Hot and humid for sure but there is cold beer and pit beef.

No thrills. Just Chrysler with a bit of stuff for the 100th anniversary. No sign of Dodge corporate here.

The general Lee they did the stunt jump with recently is here... it looks about as expected

They had vipers and hellcats 1 year and the would drift them and you could get in a ride with them disrupting them and doing donuts. Guess they’re finally done. RIP

I was amazed at the diversity and size of the show cars and size of the swap meet. I regularly go to swap meets and car shows on the West Coast and this show was easily 20 times larger.
For example I might see one or two winged cars normally, and this is what I saw at Carlisle;

I enjoyed it very much!

Typical Carlisle weekend, hot, rained and got the parts i was after. They had more of the antique stuff this year in the expo center which was cool to look at.
