The main table that will impact cold start is Startup Inj PW. There is certainly more involved in getting a car to start and stay running in cold weather on ethanol but that is where I start. I can't advise on "what should I set them at" since this will be dependent on the injectors you are...
The Demon cam should not need any misfire settings modified.
If you are running the Demon Plus cam I would start with setting the Engine Diagnostics/Misfire/Detection RPM higher than any RPM you will be running. If you continue to have misfire warnings I recommend talking to your tuner since...
By far the most important item in a DSS one piece driveshaft install in a car that 60's quicker than 1.4x. The forward motion will most likely break your DS first but the trans would be an issue eventually.
It took awhile to convince DSS of this but with enough pictures they eventually made it...
Since ATI cut all profit from dealers for the sale of their TH400 packages we stopped selling them. If you want an ATI you will need to deal with them directly.
We deal with Carl Rossler who has been awesome to work with and provide great support for us. He even came to our shop personally to...
Haltech does make an awesome system and is what we currently run in our race Hellcat.
Support is fantastic and they will often log into your laptop and make troubleshoot as well as explain changes in detail.
We have been a Haltech dealer for several years for the Skyline GTR platform and more...
You don't need it to run 7's either. We did it several years ago with a stock Hellcat PCM and stock IHI 2.4 and a stock throttlebody. Obviously this wasn't in a factory weight/chassis Hellcat but wanted reiterate what Marc W. is saying - the stock PCM is pretty darn useful.
The Z06's we tune definitely require some finesse to get the knock sensors to work the way we want them but it can be done.
You could also disconnect your fuel gauge, remove your oil dipstick and delete other similar data supplying devices and your car will run fine. However, there is no need...
I would definitely NOT recommend turning off knock sensors in any situation.
Our Hellcat with zoomies still used the knock sensors when we were running the stock Hellcat PCM.
That data is still useful and there is no reason a street car should have the sensors disabled.
Some engines are louder...
I do not believe the Holley system will control the 8HPxx.
The Holley plug-n-play for the Gen3 Hemi I have seen tested locally still requires HPtuners to control the TCM.
I don't see any modifications listed other than the green belt. Regardless I suspect the car has an aftermarket tune and your are experiencing a tuning related issue. As Speedy indicated a datalog will show if the bypass is operating.
However, if you have a throttle code you will not have...
It has been in the works for quite some time. I actually thought we would have them on the shelf earlier this year but as you indicated getting a final product to market like this in a timely manner is not common.
That would most likely be a tuning issue related to airflow. If I am tuning your car please send me a log of the issue occurring. If I am not tuning your car contact your tuner with the same information.
It is unlikely it will be bypassed and the only way to delete it is to remove it hence the reason for the secrecy concerning the installation. Nothing is infallible but this is an excellent deterrent.
Absolutely understood but that is just one more layer of the detailed security infrastructure. We are required to sign a contract stating that the customer cannot be present during the install and cannot be told how the installation is conducted. I can tell you after receiving the instruction...
Without getting into too much detail on how the system works with it's extensive programmed and non-programmed deterrents I believe the well thought out process benefits from not having the potential thief knowing that the system is installed and assumes that a broken window and possibly some...
