Whatever. Intoxication of anything is still intoxicated no matter what. There are many things that are killing people, but you need to start with something or nothing improves.

I hear you on distracted drivers and agree that that is another issue we really need to clamp down on. That was another reason why I moved out into the boon docks and live on just over 10 acres. Still have some distracted drivers out here, but way less then around cities. Also much quieter out here.
