    Fuel Storage/ additives

Thanks everyone. Most of my boat issues were confined to my 9.9 ‘kicker’ Yamaha. The big 300 FI 4 stroke will drink anything. It’s the teeny tiny carb on that kicker that would have to be rebuilt every couple years.... But running the straight fuel cured that.

    Fuel Storage/ additives

Just wondering what Hellcatters are doing when they put the beast away for the winter. I’m planning to store mine from early/ mid Nov till 1st week of April... My experience with ethanol blended fuel for my boat was horrible until I cured those problems by running straight 90 octane... been...

    2020 Challenger Sales Brochure

Received some information in the mail today. Definitely not a full size brochure, but It’s better than nothing... More importantly, the car is great. Still only 180 or so miles- and trying my best to obey break-in instructions, but still a very fun car. The exhaust tone, spacious interior...

    The Official "I ordered" thread

I’ve been with Erie Insurance forever. They have everything but my boat. They’re doing my cat for $400 year (pleasure driving stored Nov-March).

That’s crazy. Everything is open here- some people wear masks, and some do not. Seems they would have something more responsive given the end result is them taking more of your money... I’m dreading buying my plates. Here in Indiana, we get hammered- registrations are one of the primary...

    Rock Guards and Coatings

Installed the swaim guards today. I’d prefer none at all, but they blend in very nicely and do provide good coverage. Don’t think they’ll make much difference for front of the rear flairs, however. Hope I’m wrong... My film/ detail guy looked it over afterword. He suggested to do all flairs...

    Ordering a Hellcat

Congrats! Stinks that they increased GG- especially due to it being buried in the MSRP- you pay sales tax on a tax! What comprises our government these days = corrupt thieves. I’m hoping I can get over that once I’m driving mine and it is broken in!

    2020 Challenger Sales Brochure

I’d love to have one to go along with my widow sticker and other misc docs. My dealer said they are more rare than the car. Can anyone get their hands on one?

    Rock Guards and Coatings

I’m leaning Swaims. 1) The two look similar 2) if they look similar, might as well go with the additional coverage- the guard that covers the width of the tire completely 3) Having to drill the tiny holes into plastic doesn’t bother me... And don’t like clips.

Designflaw- Yellow is a great color. Would’ve been a tough tough decision if it was available... I drove a yellow 70’ Z28 back in the day... Best friend had an F8 dart. Always had a thing for green mopars. TK, redline- thanks guys.

Very nice! They blend perfectly on a black car. Skirts sort of carry the line on the splitter. Guards and skirts are ZL1, correct?

Thanks, just wondered if the tires made a significant difference. Tempted to try the ZL1 guards first since they don’t involve drilling. I think the Swaims look fine as well... if I want more coverage, swap them out and sell the Z’s here. I intend to enjoy this car. That was a primary reason...

    Rock Guards and Coatings

Anyone with WB & AS tires just running film...? I test drove a ZL1 last year that had summer rubber. It was disturbing how much debris those things picked up- sandblasting came to mind. Didn’t notice anything similar when I took the hellcat around the block. I’m leaning going ‘all the way’...

Thanks TK, beast. The fact I can actually buy a car like this is a testament to this great country. I’ve never been the sharpest knife- I’m an effort guy- but blessed beyond any measure to be an American. It’s a tough time we’re going through right now... I always get a bit emotional during...

Thanks. I’m thrilled. The car did have a couple issues. The short stripes under the Front facia had a couple air bubbles and there was a barely noticeable ‘ding’ on the roof half way between sunroof and roof junction. The clear was good- no scratch or mark so didn’t appear to happen in transit...
