Finalized the rock guards/mudflaps. Made a couple of "nuts" to ease installation. Not bad for $35 in old used flaps and some left over 80s GM metric fasteners. Having it tucked behind the flare and into fender liner has it in there for a very snug install.

I would imagine so. Possibly your toe setting a bit too. But mostly camber gain when it squats, exacerbated if the car is lowered. Why pay for the whole tire if you are only going use 3/4 of it?
I find it ironic that you are doing plugs. I just started researching these myself, looking for non-projected tip copper plugs - Brisk offers some but in their "silver" coated magic bean design, which are very pricey and have a short service life.
