Aftermarket parts - what works and what is a waste of cash?

I'll start, because currently I may have the largest stock of uninstalled parts in the US! Hope I have the "right" combo this time! First time on the '15 required much rework, and then in the end as most know, it still was not right. Let's start with a front sway bar links discussion. So one...

Member #797 finally in for the first thousand!

Bait click. Gotcha! Wanted to memorialize my 1000th post here! One good thing, if winter don't keep its act together, the Redeye is getting restless. It is pretty excited about its new knees, ankles and slippers for the fun this season.

You can have these new cars, I like my loud nasty you can hear it car

Renting a GMC Terrain ~ Chevy Traverse. First you had to figure out the transmission is controlled with button things you need to pull. I mean not a bad car, but this auto stop bullshit is bullshit! Drove it to lunch with another guy. When we got out etc. I pressed the lock button on the fob...

    Success! 12" wide - square/rotatable WHEELS FOR A WIDEBODY

Okay, some people think some of us that run laps with these monsters are crazy. Thanks! I believe this will help us at least get the proper rubber to the pavement, AND BE FUNCTIONAL AND FIT UNDER THE BODY. The Widebody revision has made it possible without ANY wheel liner modifications. So...

Track Days - Where and when?

Everyone, Happy New Year! Let’s get planning early! I have about ten months in calendars printed out for this year in front of me. I don’t know about all of you, but I still work and have a fairly aggressive travel schedule. So I am trying to plan ahead. I have trailer and will travel...

How will a Hellcat engine work in a Peugeot?

How about their 108? Just needs a couple of support beams under it some wheels/tires, strap on some of those big FCA wheel flairs, big shocks and springs stiff bushings, few suspension parts, RE drivetrain shortened for weight savings. Just a little sheet metal work. We have the ACR!

What does it look like where you are at now?

I thought this previous thread was fun. Let’s start one again here. I’ll start. This was taken a few minutes ago in Chanhassen, MN within a mile of the Prince Studio. Probably is the near last day we can have the garage queens out around here. Going to wash it this afternoon and cover it.

Let's talk about how energy efficient these really are!

So after I drove around getting about 20 mpg (ok, there was absolutely no way to do much with a 500' DA on the street), I did it. I drove it into my garage shut the door and activated the Race Cool Down. It is a 3.5 car garage, it was about 58, after it ran for its five minutes or so, it was...

Looking for a couple of real minor (but important) KW Spring spare parts

Guys, I have spent the better part of an hour searching the Internet for KW spare parts. I guess I need to travel to Germany! Sure they will sell us complete sets all day, look for even one of these companies for spare parts and this is a joke. So I want to install the front KW's only on my...

We will let this thread be our thread about road racing. Show some video, tell us how your car is equipped. Recent video of my Redeye at BIR long course. HDPE Group A - with the Corvette Club from the Twin Cities. This is the first session, cool morning, first time I had it out on the track...

What do you think of your Redeye?

This is great. I'll start by saying mine has about 3000 miles on it. Runs great, never has shown a problem, and is one fine automobile. The computer is night and day better than my '15 was. Did not get NAV, have not activated squat. It just works great! Now let's talk about these Redeye's!
