Send them an email or call them: https://ddrperformance.com/contact
+965 97906010, also I think Kong Performance and Disomma Racing deal with them, although I bought directly from them DDR Performance, Kuwait.
It performs well, did a back to back at American Muscle in Pompano and picked up 24hp.

Hate to shake up the shopping cart,,, but I am sticking with K & N 4th one used. If you are interested in doing yall own tuning, try Hypertech. Used them 3 times and maybe 4th cuming up with the Hell Catster. Price is right and it gives you numerous choices of tuning.

I wasn't planning on buying an aftermarket intake as the factory seems to have done a decent job. I also don't think the power benefit is likely to be significant and in the past I've seem them create more issues than they solved (on other cars).

However, I'm now thinking that I could use a bit more blower whine...but not too much. I also live in Komifornia and don't want to deal with emissions issues and such.

So, I'm thinking my best option would be the JLT as it has an EO# and fits a 2019. It is louder than stock but not as much as some of the other options. It maybe makes a few extra ponies and I like the heat shield scenario for a daily driver. Doesn't look too bad, (I don't have any interest in under hood bling). I don't think that the way JLT blocks the drivers side hood heat extractor is an issue or would have a significant effect on power but its optional so you can go either way. Mine sees rain and car washes so I'll use the shield. For a daily I think the priority is cooler intake air. I also like that the little forced air duct does not need to be removed and as such all can be put back to stock easily. Anyway, that is my recent thought process after reading lots of posts. I welcome any observations or disagreements as I'm still deciding.

Anyone have any discount codes for JLT?

I am sure they are all about the same and do the same thing. Same warranty, same price, same out come. The increase in the wine is worth the $$$$. Increase in HP,, well that is to be desired.

@Av8ing1

I am in SoCal and run an LMI.

I just remove it, for smog tests and re-install the OEM setup. About 10 minutes of fiddling.

If your car is new, or you bought it new, you won't have to smog it for 5, or 7 years (they just allowed 7 years), so no worries there.

I bought mine for only 2 reasons:

1. SC whine.
2. Looks. That Carbon Fiber kicks ass.

Plus, I ran an LMI Airhammer on my 600hp 6.1 Charger, for about 10 trouble free years. When I got my HC, it was an easy choice ;)

That cover is like havin sex with a sock on. That may hold the rain off in return keeps a lot of air out, no good, dee feets tha purpose of the air move ment, BMs. May as well intro duse it back to the stock critter. K & N offers a sock to place over the filter for caught in the rain. Plastic bag with very small holes placed startlingly in line works just fine or panty hose that breaths works. I did place a plastic bag etts on for washing,, for got to take er off. 3 days latah took it off and woe and but hole it starved fer air. Sucked the filta inside out. Took a shopper vack back ass wards and blew it back out. Filters are perty and not cheap. Since the warranty is 50,000 miles with a cleanen every 6 months. Expensive filta.

At some car shows,, I have seen Plexiglas boxes built around the filter. Why,, hell if I know. See if water is moving thru it and or filter dirty, but sure restricts air flow. Like none. Looked nice but the efficiency is 0 to none.

Really don't know.
Do not plan on tracking it for a couple more years. Need the warranty.
Can not afford (literally) to not be concerned with not having one.
It helps protect the filter, and car is stupid fast.
I'm happy.

I wonder if anyone has done a dyno test to see what if any losses there are with a pre-filter. I'm not too worried as this is a street car and like you Hunter, I'm more worried about warranty and not hurting the engine. Whine is what I'm after with additional performance being just a bonus but not worth much risk. I'll probably get one.

One thing I don't like about the pre-filter, JLT says the hydrophobic properties are only good for some months (6 I think?) Certainly seems as though the aftermarket cold air intake thing is unlikely to be an affordable option over time. However, this isn't a Camry.

I also worry a little that the performance gains seen with these kits are due much in part to filters that filter less. Hopefully its more of an increase in filter area than less filtering but I can't help but wonder. On the other hand, we are supposed to change the oil so often maybe it isn't that big of an issue? What is the danger of more tiny particles getting in to the engine? Contaminated oil?

Went thru it with Dodge and they backed all the work if I would take the K & N off for last inspection and then put it back on. That is what I did. He approved over $30,000 worth of warranty work. But it does not void the warranty. CAI and rework exhaust is the only thing, oh catch can, will not void the warranty. I paid for a 72 month warranty cause I know how I am on cars. A bit reckless. Warranty was over $8,200 and not jeopardizing. I have covered my track ass.

See a lot of dyno's showing a pick up in HP but some say there isn't anything there. I should have a JLT soon and will test it at the track by running the stock air box and the JLT the same day. I did this with my Daytona and there was 0 gain from the Hellcat air box to the JLT. We will see if the Hellcat is the same. According to dyno number it should be worth a tenth or 2, we will see

I also want to test the stock air filter against the Green filter

Solid VOTECD, I look forward to your data.

I am a new HC owner just bought my Charger on Tuesday 2 June. Indigo Blue and love it. I called BWOODY, AFE, and Legmaker. Nobody has anything in stock and was told. 4-5 week wait.

Wow! It took 42 posts to finally hear/read K&N. Am I that old and out of touch that they barely get a blip, or are they not #Mopar friendly?
Back in the day, it was Hooker Headers and K&N Air Filters.
